“The Music Man” announced its complete Broadway cast Thursday, including new members Rema Webb as Mrs. Squires, Phillip Boykin as Olin Britt and Linda Mugleston as Alma Hix.

In addition to Webb, Boykin and Mugleston, newly announced cast members include Benjamin Pajak as Winthrop, Kayla Teruel as Amaryllis, Garrett Long as Ethel Toffelmier, Jessica Sheridan as Maud Dunlop, Eddie Korbich as Jacey Squires, Daniel Torres as Ewart Dunlop and Nicholas Ward as Oliver Hix. Rehearsals for the Broadway production began Thursday. 

They join leads Sutton Foster and Hugh Jackman, as well as the previously announced principal cast members Shuler Hensley, Jefferson Mays, Jayne Houdyshell, Marie Mullen, Remy Auberjonois, Gino Cosculluela and Emma Crow.

“The Music Man” begins previews at the Winter Garden Theatre on Dec. 20, 2021, ahead of an opening night scheduled for Feb. 10, 2022. The musical, which was originally announced for fall 2020, has twice postponed its opening due to the theatrical shutdown. 

The revival is directed by Jerry Zaks and choreographed by Warren Carlyle. Kate Horton has taken over the duties of producer Scott Rudin, who previously led the revival but stepped away from Broadway producing after allegations of workplace mistreatment. Barry Diller and David Geffen have remained with the production. 

The musical’s ensemble includes Nick Alvino, Jordan Beall, Ronnie S. Bowman Jr., Maria Briggs, Audrey Cardwell, JT Church, Max Clayton, Kammie Crum, Aydin Eyikan, Carlee Flanagan, Ethen Green-Younger, Emily Hoder, Curtis Holland, Eloise Kropp, Ethan Lafazan, Kayla LaVine, Andrew Minard, Sean Montgomery, Tanner Quirk, Lance Roberts, Daniel Patrick Russell, Ann Sanders, Sherisse Springer, Mitchell Tobin, Kathy Voytko, Branch Woodman and Ryan Worsing.
