Theater review platform Show-Score has temporarily shut down its website as theaters across the country go dark.

The site, which featured reviews from professional critics and its members, has paused reviews on its platform until theaters reopen. As a result, the company had to lay off about 10 team members, according to chief executive Deeksha Gaur.

“Starting this Friday, we will no longer be updating the site, nor accepting new shows and reviews,” the site said in a statement.

The company is calling this shutdown “an intermission,” and said it plans to return to host events for its members in the summer and fall.
