TodayTix will offer vouchers to customers whose tickets have been canceled due to the Broadway shutdown, the ticketing agency said in a statement.

The vouchers will be worth 110% of each customer’s original order total and will be valid for one year. They will be distributed to consumers automatically via email within seven to 10 days.

All Broadway theaters were ordered to close Thursday afternoon. The industry expects to reopen theaters on April 13.

“We hope this encourages audiences to return to the theater as soon as it’s safe and responsible,” the statement read.
