“Company” will host a one-time free ticket lottery March 7, the production announced Friday.
All 24 standing room tickets will be offered free of charge for that evening’s performance. Entries will be accepted at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre box office on March 7 between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., at which time the drawing will take place. Winners will be allowed up to two free tickets.
Under the show’s general standing room policy, tickets will be sold for $32 at the box office and will only be available for sold-out performances.
“Company” is directed by Marianne Elliott and lead produced by Elliott & Harper Productions. The revival features music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by George Furth.
The musical began previews March 2 and has an official opening set for March 22. The production stars Katrina Lenk, Patti LuPone, Matt Doyle, Christopher Fitzgerald and Christopher Sieber.
