General management company Richards/Climan Inc. has rebranded as RCI Theatricals as Tamar Climan is no longer with the company.

The name change is effective as of Monday, with David Richards, co-founder of the firm, serving as the president. The company lists Kate Elliott and Beverly Edwards as general managers.

“Just like Rodgers and Hart, Simon and Garfunkel, and Laverne and Shirley, great duos don’t last forever. I am immensely grateful to Tamar for her partnership over the past 20 years. She is an invaluable friend and colleague, and I wish her the best,” Richards said in the press release.

Climan said in an email to Broadway News that an announcement would be “forthcoming.”

The company, until recently named Richards/Climan Inc., was founded in 1997, and has managed more than 50 Broadway shows. Its current projects include “Anastasia” as well as the upcoming shows of “Children of a Lesser God,” “Torch Song” and several shows in development.

Floyd Sklaver is the finance director and Georgina Ratnatunga and Matt Tolbert are the management associates.

RCI Theatricals also lists a new address on Ninth Avenue.
