Ariana DeBose, Academy Award winner for 2021’s “West Side Story” and a Tony Award nominee for 2018’s “Summer,” is slated to host the 77th annual Tony Awards ceremony, her third time taking on hosting duties. On CBS Mornings, DeBose discussed her hosting and choreographing duties and offered her thoughts on the state of Broadway.
The 2024 Tony Awards will take place at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater on June 16. The event will air live on CBS and Paramount+ beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
