In anticipation of George Clooney’s upcoming Broadway bow in “Good Night, and Good Luck,” the production has released a promotional video. The sneak peak features Clooney as real-life CBS journalist Edward R. Murrow.
An adaptation from their 2005 movie of the same name, “Good Night, and Good Luck” is written by Clooney and Grant Heslov. Clooney also appeared in the film, but in the role of Murrow’s colleague Fred W. Friendly. The David Cromer-helmed play will begin previews on March 12, 2025, and open on April 3 at the Winter Garden Theatre.
