“The Rose Tattoo,” starring Marisa Tomei, has announced complete casting for the Broadway production.
In addition to Tomei, the Tennessee Williams’ play will feature Cassie Beck Alexander Bello, Tina Benko, Susan Cella, Emun Elliott, Paige Gilbert, Greg Hildreth, Isabella Iannelli, Jacob Michael Laval, Antoinette Lavecchia, Kecia Lewis, Ellyn Marie Marsh, Portia, Ella Rubin, Jennifer Sánchez, Constance Shulman and Burke Swanson.
The revival, directed by Trip Cullman, who directed the 2016 production at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, begins previews at the American Airlines Theatre on Sept. 19, 2019, with an opening night set for Oct. 15.
The design team includes set designer Mark Wendland, costume designer Clint Ramos, lighting designer Ben Stanton, Fitz Patton on original music and sound and projection designer Lucy Mackinnon.
