“The Last Five Years” is about the assembly and dissolution of a union — a sometimes joyous, sometimes aching recount of a marriage between rising Jewish novelist Jamie (Nick Jonas) and aspiring Gentile actor Cathy (Adrienne Warren). And yet, by the end of this Broadway production of Jason Robert Brown’s musical, a third heart was broken: mine.
