“Tea at Five,” starring Faye Dunaway as Katharine Hepburn, will now play Boston before it comes to Broadway.
The play, written by Matthew Lombardo and directed by John Tillinger, was originally announced to open on Broadway this summer. Instead, the production, led by producers Ben Feldman and Scott Beck, will play a limited engagement at Boston’s Huntington Theatre this summer, with the plan of later opening on Broadway.
“Tea at Five” will play a limited engagement at the Huntington Theatre from June 21 through July 7.
