The producers of “SIX” on Broadway have announced the new “SIXth of the Month” event series. Beginning on Oct. 6, on the sixth of every month, the show will host a special event, in-theater activation or offer exclusive content for audience members and fans.
The first event will coincide with the month of the musical’s two-year Broadway anniversary. “SIX” opened at the Lena Horne Theatre on Oct. 3, 2021.
Attendees of the Oct. 6 evening performance will receive a commemorative gift. Future events will be announced through the “SIX” social media channels and email list.
Co-directed by Lucy Moss and Jamie Armitage, “SIX” features a book and score by Toby Marlow and Moss. The Broadway production won two Tony Awards in 2022, including best original score for Marlow and Moss and best costume design of a musical for Gabriella Slade.
The current cast includes Hailee Kaleem Wright as Catherine of Aragon, Leandra Ellis-Gaston as Anne Boleyn, Bella Coppola as Jane Seymour, Nasia Thomas as Anna of Cleves, Zoe Jensen as Katherine Howard and Taylor Iman Jones as Catherine Parr. Ayla Ciccone-Burton, Holli’ Conway, Kristina Leopold, Aubrey Matalon and Cassie Silva are the alternates.
