‘Romeo + Juliet’ exits on a high; most shows get a Presidents’ Day weekend boost

For the week ending Feb. 16, the 28 currently running productions grossed $32,188,003.

Presidents’ Day weekend proved a boon for Broadway’s box office during the week ending Feb. 16. Total gross for the 28 shows offered during the 39th week of the 2024-2025 season came to $32,188,003. This represents a 14.4% increase from the previous week (week ending Feb. 9, when 27 productions were running). Attendance, however, had a slight dip (1.8%), with 243,319 Main Stem admissions counted. Capacity also dipped (down 2.1%), with 92.3% of all available seats filled.
