“Plaza Suite” announced the complete Broadway cast Monday for its run this spring.
The play, starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, will feature returning cast members Danny Bolero, Molly Ranson and Eric Weigand. All cast members had previously been announced for the play’s originally scheduled run in spring 2020.
The play was unable to start previews at the Hudson Theatre due to the closure of all Broadway theaters.
Michael McGrath and Erin Dilly are returning as standbys for Parker and Broderick, respectively. Laurie Veldheer and Cesar J. Rosado are understudies.
Rehearsals started Monday for the play, which begins preview performances at the Hudson Theatre on Feb. 25. Opening night is scheduled for March 28.
The revival of the Neil Simon play is directed by John Benjamin Hickey. Set design is by John Lee Beatty, costume design is by Jane Greenwood, lighting design is by Brian MacDevitt and sound design is by Scott Lehrer.
