“The Play That Goes Wrong” is hitting the road.
The show, which is the longest-running play currently on Broadway, announced Wednesday that it will launch a North American tour in the 2018 to 2019 season. That tour will include a five-week engagement at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, with more cities to be announced in the coming months.
The tour adds to the 13 productions “The Play That Goes Wrong” has currently running, including its West End production and shows in cities such as Paris and Buenos Aires. The show is launching a tour of its West End production in 2018.
The Broadway play is produced by Kevin McCollum, J.J. Abrams and Kenny Wax.
