‘Othello’ breaks multiple records in first week; ‘English’ exits on a high

For the week ending March 2, the 27 currently running productions grossed $27,030,004.

Broadway’s box office dipped slightly during week 41 of the 2024-2025 season. The Main Stem’s 27 offerings grossed a collective $27,030,004 during the week ending March 2. This represents a 3.2% drop from the previous week (the week ending Feb. 23 when 26 productions were running). Attendance had a smaller dip (1.3%), with 228,794 admissions tallied. Capacity went down 3.8%, with 87.7% of available seats filled.
