Broadway & Beyond Theatricals (BBT), a production and booking office, has announced the promotion of three longtime staff members.
Jaymi Gilmour is promoted from director of booking to vice president of booking. Megan Savage, previously booking manager, sales, is now director of operations. Former associate producer Gauri Mangala is now manager of content, creative development.
“As we move BBT into its next chapter, we are excited to give these key members of our team increased responsibility across our booking and producing businesses,” Tracey McFarland, BBT’s president of booking, and Ryan Bogner, president of content, said in a joint statement.
These appointments come on the heels of the departure of former co-president of content, Victoria Lang, who left the organization in July. Lang co-found the company with McFarland and Bogner.
Founded in 2019, BBT received a Tony Award nomination for its work on the producing team of 2022’s “Paradise Square.” BBT served as the lead producers of 2022’s “The Kite Runner,” its subsequent tour and 2023’s “The Cottage,” in addition to serving as co-producer on the 2024 Canadian premiere of “Beaches.” BBT is currently represented on the road with the tour of “The Cher Show” and an upcoming mounting of “The Addams Family.”
