“Hadestown” has announced casting for the three Fates and the rest of the ensemble.
Starring alongside the previously announced Reeve Carney, André De Shields, Amber Gray, Eva Noblezada, and Patrick Page, will be Jewelle Blackman, Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer, and Kay Trinidad as the Fates.
The ensemble includes Afra Hines, Timothy Hughes, John Krause, Kimberly Marable, and Ahmad Simmons. The “Hadestown” swings are Malcolm Armwood, T. Oliver Reid, Jessie Shelton and Khaila Wilcoxon.
The musical, written by Anaïs Mitchell and directed by Rachel Chavkin, begins rehearsals Monday.
