Grosses analysis: five new spring shows help boost Broadway box office by 32%

For the week ending March 16, the 31 currently running productions grossed $37,459,896.

Broadway’s box office soared in terms of gross and attendance during week 43 of the 2024-2025 season. Collective ducats for the Main Stem’s 31 current offerings totaled $37,459,896, which marks a 32.2% increase from the previous week. Attendance received a 17.4% bump from the week ending March 9 (when five fewer productions were playing), with 277,556 admissions counted. Capacity was up 3.4%, filling available seats in theaters to 95%.
