The upcoming Main Stem staging of “All In: A Comedy About Love” has completed its creative team. The previously announced play, written by Simon Rich and directed by Alex Timbers, is scheduled to run from Dec. 11 through Feb. 16 at the Hudson Theatre.
Newly announced creative team members include Tony Award-nominated scenic designer David Korins, Drama Desk Award-nominated lighting designer Jake DeGroot, Tony-nominated costume designer Jennifer Moeller, Tony-winning sound designer Peter Hylenski, Tony-nominated projection designer Lucy MacKinnon and music director Kris Kukul. Furthermore, New Yorker cartoonist Emily Flake will be creating illustrations for the production.
As previously announced, the music duo the Bengsons will appear onstage, performing music from the Magnetic Fields during the play. For the first five weeks, the comedy will be headlined by John Mulaney, Richard Kind and Fred Armisen with Renée Elise Goldsberry (from Dec. 11 through Dec. 30) and then Chloe Fineman (from Jan. 2 through Jan. 12, 2025). Further casting for the latter five weeks of the run is to come.
“All In” is comprised of humorous vignettes exploring marriage, relationships and heartbreak. The play is being produced by Seaview, Lorne Michaels, New York Studios and Broadway Video (Micah Frank and Caroline Maroney).
