Concord Theatricals, the theater division of Concord, an independent music company, has announced a series of new executive appointments and internal promotions across its global operations.
Alexandra (Ali) Roselle has joined Concord in the newly created position of chief financial officer (CFO) for Concord Theatricals. Chaz Graytok has been promoted to vice president of finance for Concord Theatricals worldwide. Imogen Lloyd Webber, previously senior vice president of marketing for Concord Theatricals, has been promoted to executive vice president of marketing and communications worldwide for both Concord Theatricals and Concord Originals, the company’s film and television division. Billie Davis has been promoted to senior vice president of amateur licensing and compliance for North America. Amy Rose Marsh has been appointed senior vice president of acquisitions and artistic development worldwide.
In the role of CFO, Roselle will oversee the financial management and strategic planning of Concord Theatricals around the world. She brings nearly a decade of experience in senior finance roles at HBO and Max/Warner Bros. Discovery, where she served as vice president of global streaming content finance. A certified public accountant whose prior work includes auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Graytok, who has been with Concord for 10 years, will now manage the finance operations for the division on a global scale. Reporting to Roselle, he will oversee finance teams in the U.S., U.K. and Berlin, as well as financial reporting from international subagents.
Lloyd Webber, in her expanded role, will continue to lead the marketing and communications strategy for the company, including overseeing the Rodgers & Hammerstein brand across stage and screen.
Davis, who has worked in licensing for over 20 years, will continue to manage the amateur department and oversee licensing and customer service for over 100,000 educational and community theater customers in North America. She will also lead the compliance team, ensuring the protection of Concord Theatricals’ intellectual property. Davis joined Concord five years ago after leadership roles at Samuel French, Playscripts and Broadway Licensing, and currently serves on the board of the Educational Theatre Foundation.
As SVP of acquisitions and artistic development, Marsh will guide the procurement and creative development of new plays and musicals for Concord’s global offices in New York, Berlin and London. Marsh previously served as the literary director for Samuel French, where she signed over 1,000 works to the Concord catalog.
