The Refinery Hotel has announced a partnership with Broadway’s “& Juliet.” The luxury hotel has curated a “Girls’ Night Out Package” experience, centered around attending the Max Martin jukebox musical. The Refinery is located five blocks from the Stephen Sondheim Theatre, home of “& Juliet.”

Available for all room types at the Refinery and up to four guests, the evening’s itinerary includes in-room espresso martinis set against an “& Juliet” Spotify playlist. Attendees will have the option to add discounted hair and makeup services from Glamsquad, the on-demand beauty service. Guests will receive a bag of “& Juliet” items, including a copy of the musical’s script, signed playbills, a disposable camera and other merchandise. Finally, the Refinery will provide all guests hangover pills the next morning.

Upon booking the “Girls’ Night Out” package, participants will receive a link to purchase discount tickets to “& Juliet.”

“We wanted to create the ultimate girl’' night out that would turn any occasion into a glamorous one,” Mel Mortensen, Refinery’s complex marketing manager, told Broadway News. “Whether you’re New Yorkers looking to treat yourselves to a night on the town or you’re coming to the city to celebrate big occasions this package offers a curated experience that checks all the boxes for a classic girls’ night out, ‘& Juliet’ is the cherry on top! The Broadway show is filled with the pop anthems we all know and love and stories that empower women, making it the perfect addition to any girls’ night.”

Featuring a Tony Award-nominated book by David West Read, “& Juliet” offers an alternate ending to Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet,” by which the titular heroine survives and goes on a journey of self-empowerment. Directed by Luke Sheppard, the musical opened on Nov. 17, 2022 and was nominated for nine Tony Awards.

The starting rate for the “Girls’ Night Out” experience is $399. The package is available through checkout on Jan. 31, 2025. Black out dates apply; more information can be found here.

“& Juliet” is produced by Max Martin and Tim Headington, Theresa Steele Page, Jenny Petersson, Martin Dodd and Eva Price.
