“All In: A Comedy About Love” is set to hit the airwaves. A scene from the Simon Rich comedy will appear on the podcast and radio show “This American Life.” The episode will air on Jan. 10 at 8 p.m. ET.
The Broadway play features a collection of stories by humorist, essayist and former “Saturday Night Live” writer Rich, which all relate to the theme of love. “All In” opened on Dec. 22, 2024 at the Hudson Theatre. The play features a rotating cast.
“This American Life” listeners will get to hear the scene — or, rather, the story — titled “The Big Nap,” performed by John Mulaney, Richard Kind, Fred Armisen and Chloe Fineman, as directed by Alex Timbers. The segment will also air on WNYC on Jan. 12 at 12 p.m. ET.
“All In” is produced by Seaview, Lorne Michaels, Micah Frank, Caroline Maroney and the New Yorker.
