Broadway sees dip at weekly box office while remaining ahead of last season

For the week ending July 14, the 26 currently running productions grossed $29,845,592.

Broadway’s box office saw a decrease in both gross and attendance during week eight of the 2024-2025 season, despite maintaining strong capacity numbers. The 26 productions playing during the week ending July 14 grossed a collective $29,845,592. This represents a 6.5% drop from the gross of the previous week, when one additional show was playing. Attendance took a slighter tumble, with 242,578 Main Stem admissions counted, down 3.1% from the week ending July 7. Capacity dipped 2.2 percentage points, with 93.4% available seats in theaters filled.
