Julianne Hough and Skylar Astin will host “The Tony Awards: Act One” on Pluto TV. The exclusive pre-show, which will include the presentation of several awards, will be available to stream on Pluto TV from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET on June 11.
An Emmy Award winner for her choreography on “Dancing with the Stars,” Hough made her Broadway debut in 2022 playing the role of Dusty in “POTUS”; she also cohosted the 2022 edition of “The Tony Awards: Act One.” Astin is known in Broadway circles for having originated the role of Georg in “Spring Awakening.”
“The Tony Awards: Act One” can be accessed via app, smart television, streaming device or online by going to Pluto TV and clicking on the “Pluto TV Celebrity” channel. No payment or sign-in is required.
Immediately following the pre-show, the 76th annual Tony Awards will air from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. live on CBS and Paramount+. Academy Award winner Ariana DeBose will return to host the ceremony, which will be held at the United Palace in New York City’s Washington Heights neighborhood.
