SpotCo, an advertising, marketing and branding agency in the Broadway space, has announced the addition of two executives to the C-suite level. Callie Goff has been promoted to the new chief creative officer position and Kristen ‘Kiki’ Rathbun will step into the newly created chief communications officer role.
Throughout her tenure at SpotCo, Goff has overseen campaigns for Broadway shows like “Beetlejuice,” “POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive,” “Mean Girls” and “The Ferryman.” In her new post, Goff will be responsible for SpotCo’s creative department as she works to build brands and develop campaigns for their clients.
Rathbun helped create SpotCo’s partnerships department and currently heads the efforts for SpotCo’s expanding clientele, including Apple TV+, HBO Max and NBC Live. Rathbun will focus on growing external communication and agency visibility, while internally sustaining the agency’s culture and mission.
“Callie and Kiki are both an indelible part of SpotCo’s fabric and family,” said managing director Steve Santore in a statement. “They each possess a joyous spirit that is matched only by their immense talents. We’re absolutely delighted to welcome them into C-Suite.”
