The Second Stage Theater production of “Between Riverside and Crazy” has announced a one-week extension through Feb. 19.
The Broadway production of Stephen Adly Guirgis’ play, directed by Austin Pendleton, was originally scheduled to run through Feb. 12. Previews began on Dec. 1 ahead of an official opening at the Hayes Theatre on Dec. 19.
The Broadway cast includes Stephen McKinley Henderson, Victor Almanzar, Elizabeth Canavan, Rosal Colón, Maria-Christina Oliveras, Gary Perez and Common.
The Broadway engagement is produced under the leadership of Second Stage’s president and artistic director Carole Rothman and executive director Khady Kamara.
