The upcoming Broadway bow of Delia Ephron’s romantic comedy “Left on Tenth” has announced its complete creative team. The previously announced play, directed by Susan Stroman, will begin previews on Sept. 26 and open on Oct. 23 at the James Earl Jones Theatre. “Left on Tenth” is scheduled to play a limited engagement through Feb. 2, 2025.

“Left on Tenth” will feature scenic design by Tony Award winner Beowulf Boritt, costume design by Tony nominee Jeff Mahshie, lighting design by Tony winner Ken Billington and Itohan Edoloyi, sound design by Jill BC Du Boff, projection design by Jeanette Oi-Suk Yew and wig design by Michael Buonincontro.

Based on Ephron’s memoir of the same name, “Left on Tenth” follows Delia, who, upon learning of an update on her health, has a chance encounter with Peter, a man from her past. Julianna Margulies and Peter Gallagher will star as Delia and Peter, respectively. Rounding out the company are Peter Franics James and Kate MacCluggage.

Joining the cast on stage will be the newly announced Dulcé and Charlie, two rescue dogs, who will play Honey and Charlotte, respectively. The pooches will be trained by Special Tony Award recipient William Berloni of William Berloni Theatrical Animals, Inc.

“Left on Tenth” is being produced by Daryl Roth.
