“MJ” has announced new casting for the role of Little Michael.
Bane Griffith makes his Broadway debut as he assumes the shared role, beginning Jan. 31. He takes over for Corey J., who departed the production after the Jan. 29 performance. Griffin will share the role with Christian Wilson, who originated the role.
The Michael Jackson bio-musical opened at the Neil Simon Theatre on Feb. 1, 2022. Featuring a book by Lynn Nottage and direction and choreography by Christopher Wheeldon, “MJ” recounts Jackson’s life and career leading up to his 1992 “Dangerous” world tour.
“MJ” is produced on Broadway by Lia Vollack, John Branca and John McClain.
