“Prima Facie” by Suzie Miller will transfer to Broadway in the spring, with Jodie Comer set to reprise her solo performance.

The new play about the Australian legal system’s handling of sexual assault cases will run for a limited engagement at a yet-unannounced Shubert theater. Further production details will be announced in the coming weeks, according to the announcement.

The West End production, directed by Justin Martin, is currently in the final two weeks of its run.

Comer, a television and film actor best-known for her role in the series “Killing Eve,” made her West End debut with the play when it opened at London’s Harold Pinter Theatre on April 27. The Broadway run will mark her Broadway debut.

The play features an original score by Rebecca Lucy “Self Esteem” Taylor. Set and costume design is by Miriam Buether, with lighting design by Natasha Chivers, sound design by Ben & Max Ringham and video by William Williams for Treatment Studio.

“Prime Facie” is produced by Empire Street Productions.
