Catherine Brunell is joining the cast of “Mean Girls” to play the roles of Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George.
Brunell takes over the role from Jennifer Simard, who played her final Broadway performance in “Mean Girls” on Dec. 8. Brunell joins the cast beginning Wednesday.
She comes to “Mean Girls” after appearing in Broadway musicals including “Something Rotten!,” “Les Misérables” and “Thoroughly Modern Millie.”
