The Tony Awards Administration Committee met for the first time this season to decide on eligibility for six productions. 

The committee discussed “Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune,” “Moulin Rouge!,” “Sea Wall/A Life,” “Betrayal,” “The Height of the Storm” and “The Great Society.” 

The determinations included: 

Tom Hiddleston, Charlie Cox and Zawe Ashton will all be considered eligible for Best Performance by an Actor/Actress in a Leading Role for their respective performances in “Betrayal.”

Aaron Tveit and Karen Olivo will be considered eligible in the Best Performance by an Actor and Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical categories for their respective performances in “Moulin Rouge!”  

Jonathan Pryce and Eileen Atkins will be considered eligible in the Best Performance by an Actor/Actress in a Leading Role in a Play categories for their respective performances in “The Height of the Storm.” 

The committee will meet three more times this season to decide eligibility for the 74th Annual Tony Awards. The official eligibility cut-off date for this Tony Awards season is April 23, 2020.
