Darren Criss will join the cast of “American Buffalo” on Broadway this spring.

The actor, an Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award winner for his role in FX’s “The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story,” joins the previously announced Laurence Fishburne and Sam Rockwell.

The David Mamet play, directed by Neil Pepe, will play the Circle in the Square Theatre beginning March 24, 2020, with an opening night on April 14.

Criss, who will play Bobby in this revival, last appeared on Broadway in the title role of the 2015 “Hedwig and the Angry Inch.” He made his debut as J. Pierrepont Finch in the 2011-2012’s “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.”
