Aaron Sorkin’s “To Kill a Mockingbird” will embark on a national tour starting in August 2020.
The first stop on the tour, which will be traveling for more than two years, will be the John F. Kennedy Center. Additional cities and casting will be announced at a later date.
The Broadway production, produced by Scott Rudin, is currently running at the Shubert Theatre, after opening on Dec. 13, 2018.
In addition to the tour, Rudin announced that Sorkin, Jeff Daniels and members of the Broadway cast will go to Washington, DC on April 2 for a special presentation at the Library of Congress.
