“The Band’s Visit” will launch a national tour next summer, beginning in Providence, Rhode Island.
The Providence stop will take place in June 2019. Exact dates and more cities will be announced at a later date.
In addition to the launch of the national tour, “The Band’s Visit” announced a new block of tickets on sale for the Broadway show through Feb. 17, 2019.
The musical opened at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on Nov. 9, 2017 and has received 11 Tony nominations.
