Roundabout Theatre Company announced its full cast for the Broadway revival of “Travesties” this spring.

Tom Hollander, who was previously announced, will be joined by Peter McDonald, who appeared in the London productions with Hollander, as well as Seth Numrich, Nicholas Woodeson, Scarlett Strallen, Sara Topham, Opal Alladin and Patrick Kerr.

The play, written by Tom Stoppard and directed by Patrick Marber, begins previews on March 29, 2018 and opens on April 24, 2018 at the American Airlines Theatre. The limited engagement runs through June 17, 2018.

The show recently played the Menier Chocolate Factory and the West End with Marber directing. The Broadway version is produced by Roundabout Theatre Company in association with Chocolate Factory Productions and Sonia Friedman Productions.

The play originally ran on Broadway from October 1975 to March 1976 and won the 1976 Tony Award for Best Play. The story takes place in 1917 in Zurich, where artist Tristan Tzara (Numrich), writer James Joyce (McDonald) and revolutionary Lenin (Woodeson) meet up.

Tim Hatley is the set and costume designer, Neil Austin is the lighting designer, Adam Cork is on sound design and original music and Polly Bennett is in charge of movement.
